The Interrogation Chair becomes available after capturing the maid.

As an interrogation device, it reduces the health stat of the character being tortured. The unfortunate who is to be tortured is placed in the chair and is interrogated by one of your minions until he "cracks". Forms of interrogation include goading, dancing and physically hitting the captive.
